Sue:Nancy Baggett, the author of many successful cookbooks including the International Chocolate Cookbook, has written an excellent recipe and guidebook for delicious low-fat cooking. Her new book; 100% Pleasure: From Appetizers to Desserts the Low-Fat Cookbook for People who Love to Eat, is chock -full of recipes and menus that any cook can successfully prepare. All of the recipes are well-tested.
Her book 100% Pleasure is jammed packed full of delicious low- fat recipes. Nancy's recipes are both tasty and easy to prepare. Not only does her book give the reader wonderful recipes, she also gives us the simple way on how to prepare low- fat foods. Nancy also includes ideas on how to stock your pantry, fat trimming techniques, shopping, and how to eat well when dining out. I had the fortunate opportunity to interview Nancy and read her terrific book. Nancy is a graduate of the year-long Professional Pastry Program taught by none other than White House Executive pastry Chef Roland Mesnier. Included in her resume are numerous radio and television appearances, along with writing many articles for well known cooking magazines such as Bon Appetit. |
