Ginkgo biloba
has been widely prescribed in France, Germany, and other European countries to improve blood flow to the brain.  Hundreds of studies have substantiated the ability of gingko bilboa  to improve mental health. A recent study indicated it actually improves transmission of nerve signals and is capable of relieving symptoms such as depressive moods, anxiety, tiredness, confusion, poor memory, absent- mindedness.    The recommended dose is 40 mg 3 times a day; take it 4-6 weeks before expecting results.

Muscle tension and headaches due to nervous tension.   Mix 14 to 15 drops of extract in liquid as needed.  Some people find it causes drowsiness, so do not drive after taking it.  Do not take during pregnancy.

Skullcap
