What you need:
  • 2 Lbs Extra-firm Tofu, well drained
  • 2 tsps Salt
  • 2 Tbs Sugar
  • 2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 Ground Cayenne
  • 1 Tbs Chili Powder
  • 2 Tbs Paprika
  • 1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
What you do:
  • Preheat oven to 300. Cut tofu unto 1/2 inch cubes. In a large bowl, combine tofu with remaining ingredients, tossing gently with a rubber spatula to coat. Tranfer into a baking dish and Bake 1 hour. Stir gently twice while baking.
