Tofu Almond Dip

What you need:
  • 1/2 lb. tofu, mashed
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup of roasted slivered almonds
What you do:
  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender except for the almonds, until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in almonds and dig in !
